Attendee Guide & FAQ
HOW DO I JOIN THE EVENT AS AN ATTENDEE?
On the On Demand page, select a session and click the "Broadcast" button under the session-title.
You are required to 'Login' with the email address used to register your ticket.
Once you click ‘Login’ a new page will open asking for the email address used to register your ticket. You can add your ticket number (found on your registration email) or validate through your email.
You will then receive an email to validate your registration and then you can access the sessions.
Note: The Broadcast button will go live 2 minutes before the start of each session.
If you have an issue you can check out our Access Troubleshooting Guide.
HOW CAN I ASK QUESTIONS DURING A SESSION?
To ask your questions, please post them under “Q&A” within the session.
The sessions will also include a chatbox for session-specific conversation. We encourage you to post comments and engage with your peers under “Chat.”
WILL THE EVENT SESSIONS BE RECORDED?
Yes, the sessions will be recorded. All registrants will have access to the recordings following the event. You will be notified via email when the recordings are available.
HOW DO I MOVE BETWEEN SESSIONS?
When a session ends, or if you decide to switch to a different breakout session, click the “Back” button to return to the agenda. You can then enter any other live session by clicking the “Broadcast” button.
HOW DO I MEET OTHER ATTENDEES?
Speakers, Sponsors, and Attendees are automatically members of the HealthIMPACT Live community. You can log in with the email you used to register through a two-step verification process. You will then be prompted to complete their profile by filling it out manually or syncing with their Linkedin Data. We ask that you only reach out to community members you know. If you would like an introduction our team is happy to facilitate.
Attendees can search for other attendees by a Group Search, Sort By, or Filter By function. Clicking on “Star” will send a connection request to the other attendee. You can also message other attendees.
